Vighnesh Foundation is a registered society vide Registration No. – of 2000-21. Our society under section 12(AA) and grant of Income tax exemtion under section 80(G). We work with the underprivileged children of the squatting populations in various urban slums, located along the railway platforms of Kalighat to Budge Budge. We strive to provide effective education and ensure their freedom. Our organisation aims at eradicating threats of impoverishment among the unfortunate, who are driven to settle in slums and lead an ignoble life by socio-economic compulsions.

2. Return & Refund Policy

At Vighnesh Foundation, we aim for the highest standard of transparency and accountability. Donations to support our causes are generally final and non-refundable,but we do consider refund requests in limited circumstances.

1. Donation Refunds

1.1 Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
1.2 In rare cases of duplicate transactions, processing errors, or technical issues ,you may request a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Donor name
  • Email and phone number
  • Donation reference or transaction ID
  • Proof of payment
  • Reason for refund request

3. Refund Conditions

3.1 We will review refunds on a case-by-case basis and may ask for additional information.
3.2 If a tax-exempt receipt (Section 80G) has been issued for the donation, a refund may not be possible.
3.3 Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7–14 working days depending on the banking/payment partner.
